Mississauga, Ontario CANADA, November 08, 2012 /FSC/ - Armada Data Corporation (ARD - TSX Venture), (the "Company"). It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Paul Timoteo. Paul was a Director and the Chief Financial Officer and President of the Company. Paul was one of the founders of the Company and instrumental in the growth of the Company since its inception, over twelve years ago.

Our deepest condolences go out to Paul and his family and friends. He will also surely be missed by his friends and colleagues at the Company.

The Company has appointed Elizabeth Matthews as its Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ms Matthews has significant finance and accounting experience. Ms Matthews has

been the Controller at the Company since 1999 and will also continue in this role with the Company.

James Matthews, a Director and the current Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the Company will assume the role of President.
