Mississauga, Ontario, September 28, 2012 - Armada Data Corporation (TSX.V: ARD) reports that its annual financial results for the year ended May 31, 2012 have now been filed on Sedar and are available to view on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

* The Company finalized the acquisition of 90% of the outstanding shares of The Big & Easy Bottle Brewing Company Inc. ("TBE") and Mister Beer Inc.("MB") during fiscal 2012.

* Mister Beer Inc.'s new facility is well under way and we expect the plant to commence production of beer by late October 2012.

* The Company completes its first fiscal year under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS").

The Company reports revenues of $3,110,921 in 2012, an increase of 2% over 2011. The company

recorded a comprehensive loss of $636,680; this loss was largely a result of impairment to goodwill resulting in a write-down of the TBE/MB line of business. The remainder of the losses were attributable to the Mister Beer business line and the professional fees associated with the transition of the organization, market researching and sales efforts.
