St. John's, Newfoundland CANADA, October 25, 2012 /FSC/ - Bluedrop Performance Learning Inc. (BPL - TSX Venture), President and CEO, Emad Rizkalla, was named Ernst &Young Information Technology Entrepreneur Of The Year for the Atlantic region at this year's awards gala in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Rizkalla was recognized for his vision in building Bluedrop Performance Learning into a global leader in workplace learning. Bluedrop has two lines of business: Defence & Aerospace, which provides state-of-the-art training to military and civilian personnel; and www.CoursePark.com, Bluedrops cloud-based learning for the workplace. CoursePark provides access to over 5000 business courses in a collaborative environment where members share, connect and learn from each other. CoursePark was recently selected by the Clinton Global Initiative

(CGI) as the learning delivery tool for business skills training to an estimated 3,400 women in Chile and Peru.

Rizkalla co-founded his first business in 1992 as a young engineering graduate that eventually became Bluedrop. In January, 2012, the company completed a reverse takeover of Serebra Learning Corporation in Vancouver and started trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as Bluedrop Performance Learning Inc. (BPL).
