(CFQ - CNSX), (the "Company" or "Carbon Friendly") is pleased to announce that it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company to purchase up to 885,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company pursuant to a shareholder approved Share Option Plan. The options are exercisable on or before January 7, 2017 at an exercise price of $0.335 per share.
