Cuervo Resources Inc. (CNSX-FE; FWB-CRR; "Cuervo" or the "Company") reports that, effective September 4, 2012, Mr. Velasquez Spring P. Eng. has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company. Mr. Spring is the Senior Consulting Geologist to Cuervo and has played a central role in the Company since its inception in 2005. Mr. Spring has also joined the Company's board of directors. The Company and Mr. John Siriunas, the Company's President and Secretary, have decided to part ways. Mr. Siriunas has resigned as a director and officer of Cuervo.
