John, as principal and founder of Beijing-based Intercedent Limited, has extensive experience in providing investment, corporate advisory and capital raising services to businesses in the People's Republic of China. Before founding Intercedent Limited in 1991 John served as head of the Canada China Trade Council in Beijing. His appointment to the Cuervo Board is subject to CNSX approval.

Cuervo also reports that Erwin Speckert has stepped down from the Board to accommodate Mr. Gruetzner's appointment. The Company wishes to thank Erwin for his valued service to the
