Genesis Worldwide Announces Trading Halt Due to a Delay in Paying Its Nex Listing Maintenance Fees

Mississauga, Ontario CANADA, February 22, 2013 /FSC/ - Genesis Worldwide Inc. (GWW.H - TSX Venture), ("Genesis" or the "Company"), announces that the shares of the Company will be halted from trading on the NEX effective Tuesday, February 26, 2013, due to non-payment of the NEX listing maintenance fees. The Company's shares will remain halted until the Company is able to pay the outstanding fees. The Company is presently experiencing cash flow difficulties and will determine a resolution within the near future.
