Toronto, Ontario CANADA, February 10, 2012 /FSC/ - IBI Corp.("IBI"), a junior international mining and investment company, has received conditional approval for listing and trading of its common shares on the Canadian National Stock Exchange ("CNSX").

The following information is a summary of background provided by CNSX which outlines various aspects of CNSX operations and policies.

The Canadian National Stock Exchange is an innovative new Canadian stock exchange for trading the securities of public companies. CNSX's unique market model matches enhanced disclosure and streamlined issuer regulation with leading edge technology and comprehensive regulatory oversight to meet the needs and characteristics of public companies, their investors and investment dealers.

CNSX is a stock exchange alternative to traditional stock exchanges, where high

costs and large capitalization requirements are often barriers to trading in a company's securities. Responding to the consolidation of stock exchanges in Canada, CNSX's founders identified the need for a low cost, streamlined stock exchange - with a high standard of disclosure. This model, combined with comprehensive regulatory oversight, provides an efficient new marketplace that fosters integrity, transparency and liquidity for trading securities.

Most CNSX Issuers are small-cap companies, from a wide variety of industries, competing on a national and international scale. They benefit from the CNSX philosophy that delivers a streamlined stock exchange with a regulatory model based on regular and continuous disclosure. This allows Issuers to focus on building their businesses rather than seeking regulatory approval for every prospective transaction and paying a fee for each approval.
