Toronto, Ontario CANADA, December 31, 2013 /FSC/ - Jaguar Financial Corporation (JFC - TSX), ("JFC" or the "Company") announces that Andrew Hilton has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company replacing Craig Rogers, who was Interim CFO. Mr. Hilton is a certified general accountant who has worked at various public companies. His appointment is effective December 31, 2013.
