Newcastle Minerals to Commence Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange Under its New Name, GoldON Resources, and Ticker Symbol: GLD

GoldON is exploring in two of the prolific gold mining belts of Ontario, Canada

Victoria, British Columbia CANADA, March 07, 2013 /FSC/ - Newcastle Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: NCM) (USOTC: NCMBF)is pleased to announce that effective at the opening of trading today the Company's share capital will be trading on a post-consolidated basis under its new name, GoldON Resources Ltd., and new ticker symbol: GLD.

Letters of transmittal describing the process by which shareholders may obtain new GoldON Resources Ltd. certificates representing their consolidated Newcastle Minerals Ltd. common shares will be mailed shortly to registered shareholders. Shareholders who hold their shares

through a broker or other intermediary and do not have shares registered in their name will not be required to complete a letter of transmittal. No fractional shares will be issued under the share consolidation, and any fraction will be rounded to the nearest whole number.

GoldON Resources will have 20,713,224 common shares issued and outstanding on a post-consolidation basis. All outstanding warrants and stock options of the Company will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the share consolidation.
