Jourdan Announces Closing of Flow-Through Private Placement for $200,000

Montreal (Canada), December 27, 2012: JOURDAN RESOURCES INC. (TSX-V: JOR) ("Jourdan" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to announce that it closed a private placement for gross proceeds of $200,000 from the sale of 3,333,334 units (the "Units") at $0.06 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one flow-through
common share of the Company (a "FT Common Share") and one-half of one share purchase warrant (each whole, being a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share for a period of 18 month at an exercise price of $0.12 per share.
A finder's fee of $16,000 will be payable in connection with the private placement in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
All securities issued in connection with this financing will be subject to a four-month hold period ending April 28, 2013. The private placement is subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
