("RSI")TSX-V: RSY announces that the acquisition of Innformation Systems Inc., first reported in a October 10, 2012 news release, has been terminated pending the reaching of an agreement between both parties as to the termination terms as written in the original agreement.

Innformation Systems Inc. will remain as a reseller of RSI's Property Management System in the Midwestern United States.
