The man who hacked into SCARLETT JOHANSSON's private computer files and leaked nude photos of the actress should be forced to pay her more than $66,000 (£41,250) in compensation, according to U.S. Government officials.
In new papers filed in California and
obtained by TMZ.com, prosecutors have suggested Christopher Chaney should have to pay up for invading the privacy of stars.
Chaney has pleaded guilty to nine cyber hacking-related felonies, and now the authorities have weighed in on his sentencing, suggesting the guilty party should serve 71 months behind bars and pay restitution to some of his victims.
The suggested amounts include $7,500 (£4,680) to Christina Aguilera, $66,179.46 (£41,400) to Johansson and $76,767.35 (£47,980) to actress Renee Olstead.
Chaney will be sentenced on 23 July (12).
