Toronto, Ontario CANADA, March 03, 2014 /FSC/ - Stans Energy Corp. (HRE - TSX Venture, OTCQX: HREEF'Stans' or 'The Company') has granted on March 3, 2014, an aggregate of 2,700,000 incentive stock options to employees and directors of the company. Each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company for $0.07 per share until March 3, 2019. All options granted and any common shares issued upon the exercise of the options will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period expiring July 3, 2014. The option grant was approved by the board of directors on October 23, 2013 and is subject to regulatory approval.
