Sunridge Gold Files Technical Report for Debarwa Feasibility Study, Eritrea

Sunridge Gold Corp. (SGC:TSX.V/SGCNF:OTCQX) has filed a National Instrument 43-101 compliant technical report regarding the feasibility study (the "Study") for the copper-gold-zinc volcanogenic massive sulphide deposit on the Company's 100% owned Debarwa Project, Eritrea as announced on May 14, 2012.

The Study concluded that operating Debarwa as a stand-alone mining operation is economically viable although the recently commenced feasibility study on the Asmara North deposits will also examine the integration of the Debarwa deposit with the Asmara North deposits into one operation.

The report is titled "Debarwa Project, Eritrea Feasibility Study" with an effective date of May 14, 2012.
