Toronto, Ontario CANADA, March 14, 2013 /FSC/ - Surrey Capital Corp. (SYC.P - TSX Venture), Further to Surrey Capital Corp.'s ("Surrey" or the "Corporation") press release dated March 1, 2013, the Corporation is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has issued its Final Exchange Bulletin ("FEB") earlier today.

It is anticipated that the common shares of the Corporation will resume trading March 15, 2013.

The Corporation would also like to correct the disclosure with regards to Mr. Dan Hussey's professional designations in the Filing Statement of the Corporation dated January 28, 2013. Mr. Hussey's correct bio is as follows:

Daniel Hussey, Director

Mr. Hussey, age 61, will be a director of the Corporation and has been

a geologist since 1975. Mr. Hussey is currently the Chief Geologist with US Silver & Gold Inc. Mr. Hussey brings considerable wealth of knowledge and geological experience as he has held numerous exploration positions within the mining industry, with both producing and exploration stage companies. Mr. Hussey joined US Silver Inc., which is now US Silver & Gold Inc., in May 2006 as Exploration Manager and held that position until June 2011 when he was the Senior Exploration Manager for the Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp. until June 2012. In June 2012 he returned to US Silver & Gold Inc. as the Chief Geologist. Previously, Mr. Hussey was the Chief Geologist with Queenstake Resources as well as with Kinross Gold Corp. Mr. Hussey has a Professional Geologist license from the State of Idaho and is a Licensed Geologist in the State of Washington.
