Dr. Gill is a significant shareholder of TriAusMin and has been a member of its Board of Directors since November 2010. As Chairman, the Company will benefit from Dr. Gill's over 40 years of experience in the mining industry, including 26 years as the founder and CEO of Aur Resources Inc., an important Canadian based international mining company which was purchased by Teck Resources in 2007. Based in Canada, Dr. Gill will be available to assist Wayne Taylor, TriAusMin's

Managing Director and CEO, in his management of the Company's increasing investor relations and financing activities in North America.

Mr. Bill Killinger AM, the Chairman of TriAusMin for the last 4 years, has stepped down in order to allow the Company to appoint a Canadian based Chairman. Mr. Killinger will continue to provide the benefit of his considerable industry experience as a Director of the Company. The Board would like to express its thanks to Mr. Killinger for his valuable contribution to TriAusMin as Chairman and looks forward to his continued input and guidance in the years ahead.
