Dom Perignon is also a brand that is produced by Moet & Chandon and is a vintage champagne, meaning that all the grapes used in the production of Dom Perignon were harvested in the same year. Whereas other for champagne brands, grapes from various years are used in the production.

In previous years, champagne was typically consumed for reasons of high celebration, however, the trend is shifting towards a more regular evening use. Brands such as Patron, Gold Flakes Vodka and Jack Daniel‟s Single Barrel as well as a few fine champagnes are the highest sellers in luxuruious nightclubs in London.
