Burnaby, British Columbia CANADA, March 12, 2013 /FSC/ - Viscount Systems Inc. (OTCQB:VSYS)a leading-edge, high technology supplier of security systems and software, is pleased to announce that the company has received conditional funding of up to $150,000 from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP).
IRAP support will be used to further the development of Viscount's Freedom access control platform and to expand system capabilities to a number of key areas, including mobile devices, enhancing the Freedom Microsoft Active Directory platform, preparing for U.S. Government full FICAM compliance, and enhanced encryption.
